So, I was having a bit of trouble with my trusty Whirlpool dishwasher. I literally typed appliance repair Tustin CA into my search, and that's how I found Redwood Appliance Repair. Tustin, CA, isn't exactly overflowing with top-notch repair services, so when I discovered Redwood, I was hoping they’d be as good as their reviews. Spoiler: They totally came through.
Had an issue with my dishwasher not draining and with a family as big as mine, that's just not gonna fly. Called them up, super easy to schedule—and the technician showed up on time (imagine that!).
The tech? Awesome. He walked in, asked a couple of questions, and then got straight to work. It was like watching a surgical operation, seriously. He had that Whirlpool working like new in no time. Efficient, friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and even wore those booties to keep my floor clean, which was a nice touch.
Price-wise, it was spot on—especially for the level of service they provide. Plus, no upsell. They fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't push unnecessary add-ons.
If you’re ever in Tustin and need appliance repair, I’d say Redwood’s the way to go.
